Dominican Republic – Day 5

Hi! This is Tiffany! Today we got to the foundation around 11:00 o’clock and we started setting up for Thanksgiving lunch. Then we went out to the field and sang all of our songs to the kids……IN THE RAIN! It was pouring! Like hard core rain. After that we served Thanksgiving lunch to over 600 people. We were so nervous we weren’t going to have enough food, but God provided.

Hola! This is Fabian. Today was Thanksgiving, at least in America. We got an extra hour of sleep this morning because we were giving thanks for being able to sleep. Once we got at the foundation we began playing with the kids. After playing with the kids for about 20 minutes it began pouring! We began to perform in the field and it began raining even more. After that we had a great thanksgiving dinner and gave thanks for everything we had. That’s all!
