Today was the last day going to the foundation and local schools. You could tell we were all a little tired this morning, but our devotions this morning talked about giving it our all, and looking to God for encouragement.
We split up again between our drama team and puppet team. We went to the schools and enjoyed playing with the little kids and covering them with stickers.
We also bought the small school two easy-up tents so she can have shade outside and even have two classes outside.
When we got back to the foundation, there were already moms lined up waiting for diapers and formula that we purchased yesterday. The first woman waiting in line was a grandma with her granddaughter. The babies mom had passed away giving birth to her. The baby had a really weird skin disease that gave her legs a grey scaley look to them. Dr. Sette took a look at her, but even she didn’t know what kind of skin disease the baby had.
All of the students passed out lunch to the students, which consisted of the turkey and ham we brought with us. The students also performed three songs for all of the kids in the foundation and then had to say goodbye. We gave them everything we had and tried to bless every kid that came.
Now we’re back at the hotel and are looking forward to a little sight seeing tomorrow and going to a girls orphanage. We’ve never been there before.
