Today was a very long and productive day!
The team split up into two groups to visit the big and small schools. As always, the schools were very excited to see the Americanos! Both schools did lots of singing, dancing, crafts, and piggy back rides. Avery Lynch shared her testimony at the big school. “It was a life changing experience,” said Avery.
Back at the foundation, the clinic was in full swing. Dr. Khedia and his team were able to see 53 patients today. Many patients had skin infections from cuts, high blood pressure, or needed diabetes medication. The medical team worked non stop so they could see as many patients as possible.
Some of the moms went to buy food to make over 200 bags of groceries to give to families. That was the most grocery bags we have ever distributed!

When the people were coming in to get the donations, The girls partnered up together to help the little babies find clothes. It was important to help each other because there were crying children. A highlight for me today was going to the big school and meeting Lilsa. She was really shy and didn’t talk much, but she wanted me to hold her and help her color her craft. It was really fun to give away clothes especially the cute pink sparkly things because they got very excited and said, ” ¡Me gusta mucho!”

When we were walking around the village, Gina and I were talking about all they had so little but they were still smiling. All they wanted to do was hold our hand and feel loved.

When I met Chele, I was really excited because Tiffany met her in November, so it was fun to continue to love on her. I noticed that she was reaching for my water a lot, so I gave her some and she was so happy! This was a special moment for me.
Blessings to all of you…Great work you are doing there ❤
